Hey everyone,
One common request I get from customers is where they need to be able to migrate a group of users from one queue to another queue. While you can write this solution using our APIs and SDKs, I decided to see if it could be done using the new Genesys Cloud CLI and a very small python script. I wrote the following python script that will let you move all of the users in a particular group, from one queue to the other.
I also put together a devdrop video walking through the script in more detail.
