In Genesys, we aim to understand how different types of profiles utilize the work automation capabilities, both in Genesys or other vendors.
This survey is open to anyone who works towards solving customers' issues, whether you create or administer the workflow, or you are an associate who solves the issues of the customers with the flow created, or you are a supervisor who ensures that issues are solved with the work of both profiles.
