    Greetings!

    As I mentioned the past couple of months, sometimes Customer Care may need more than a console log to troubleshoot issues you may experience with PureCloud. Sometimes, a console network log, also known as simply a network log is needed.

    Last month's video showed how to get a network log with PureCloud running on Firefox. This month's video shows how to get a network log with the PureCloud desktop app.
