Is there a way to play an audio prompt within a call flow such that it does not block other actions?
For example, I would like to make a web service call while the prompt is playing. That web service call will use a non-DTMF/voice mechanism to get user input. When the web service call returns, I would like to basically 'barge-in' if the audio is still playing and jump to the next task.

No, the flow only executes one action at a time.
