There are multiple ways to configure Genesys Cloud to achieve this outcome.
As you only have a few numbers, the best way to validate your configuration is to place some test calls to each of those numbers and look at the interactions details:

We have a set of DID Numbers that are set for Recording and Non-Recording. Now as an admin how can I test these numbers and where would I go to see whether it is recorded or not recorded.
