    Anyone facing issue while accessing Developer Tools-> Analytics Query Builder.

    It is getting redirected to below link. Can any one assist me in finding the Analytics Query Builder Developer Tool.

    Hi Rahul,

    We have noticed the same.

    You need to log into the account of your region first.

    For every request turn off the toggle for read-only mode to execute the request.

    The old tool set is gone. Has been announced on the Developer Forum and Developer center for awhile now that it was going to happen.

    The Developer Centre has the replacement tools https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/

    Query Builder can be done directly in the API Explorer https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer

    Just remember to login (top right) first, and change reading mode to false.

    Might take some getting use to, but everything you use to be able to do you can do here, though some features like data picker is still missing but being worked on.

    Shame the old tool was decommisioned, it was much more convenient than the new one. I am sure am not the only one out there who prefers the old developer site when it comes to quickly executing analytics queries.

    Hi Hichem, did you happen to see the standalone API Explorer? With the exception of the code editor, which we've decommissioned, there is nothing that the old tools do that the new ones don't - and the new tools are more stable, secure, and robust.
