  • 1.  Not able to access the contents of Genesys Cloud Certified Partner Certification

    Hi All,
     
    I am preparing for this certification "Genesys Cloud Certified Partner". I was going through the contents related to this certification "Genesys Cloud Certified Partner" from this URL path https://genesys.seismic.com/app#/learning/path/498297-cloud-certified-partner-ccp till yesterday.
     
    From today onwards, I am not able to access the contents related to this certification "Genesys Cloud Certified Partner" from the above mentioned URL path. I am getting this error message "Sorry, but we cannot find this page within the Lessonly system. The page you are looking for may have been deleted. If you need our help, drop us an email at support@lessonly.com." when I try to access this link https://genesys.seismic.com/app#/learning/path/498297-cloud-certified-partner-ccp.
    Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.
     
    Also, I tried to send out an email to support@lessonly.com. But they are saying that this path has been archived yesterday and they asked me to contact the Owner of the content or the person who archived the contents from the above URL path.
     
    Could anyone please help me to share the updated URL where I can access the contents related to this certification "Genesys Cloud Certified Partner"?
     
    Please do the needful.

    This community is primarily for the Beyond training. The partner Certification you are working on is handled by a different team, Partner Enablement, and you need to contact your partner rep to talk about that training, I think.

    From the Genesys Partner Enablement Team email, I understand that Genesys Cloud Certified Partner (CCP) Program is no more active certification. Am I right?

    Or else is it moving to Genesys Beyond Portal?

    Yes Genesys Cloud Certified Partner (CCP) Program is retired, with no replacement till now.
