    Hello Folks,

    We have recently installed Genesys pure cloud application in Windows 10 and it's first asking to put the Organization name and after giving the Organization name, it's giving option to sign in and we are clicking on Microsoft icon for SSO and after that it says " App Initialization Error, Failed to Fetch Feature Toggles"

    Could you please suggest how do we fix the issue?

    Sounds like you have something not correct in the SSO sign up.  You need to make sure your Gallery App is setup correctly with the correct region.  Also, I would suggest you move to the Web Client and test there.
