Not able to provision softphone after reimaging computer

    I had to reinstall windows 10 on to my computer.  Before that SIP was working just fine.  After that, it is stuck either saying it can't provision, or it says it is connected to SIP, but then after a while, it says it lost connection.

    I have gone through and removed and had it re-add the registry keys, and remove and have it rebuild the certificates.  Sometimes if I try to provision, it works fine, other times it gives the unable to provision host not found error.  I haven't done anything to the servers that the CIC are running on, and it worked fine till I reinstalled windows.

    I am running 2020R3 Patch 9.  If I have it connect as workstation, with the workstation name it connects fine, so it is talking to the CIC servers.  Sometimes I get this error, and it has a popup before hand that says it is connected to the SIP connection.
