    Hi everyone,

    we have about 400 canned responses, when we are in the Adminstration section there are only 250 shown. When we filter by Libary every canned response is there. Is this a Bug or a feature? When I'm searching for a response and don't know the correct name it is not the best way of working though every libary.

    Hi Dirk,

    I would recommend raising a case with Customer Care to investigate.  Capturing the logs when loading the view will help them to see the issue and narrow down what is causing only 250 responses to load. Here are the links on how to capture Network and Console logs

    Hi Dirk, I'd raise this to support as Sam says, but in my own testing I think you'll find this is because the UI has a hard coded page size of 250 when querying the API for the list.  I've found this in a few things within Genesys Cloud.  You can also confirm this if you're familiar with the browser developer tools/network console.  You'll need to filter further to get under that 250 limit.

    Hmmm...

    When I open the Responses page in my org, I see in the Network log:

    When you set the number per page to show at 100, how many pages does it show that you have?
