    Good night, I have configured google dialog flow, but when I create the bot and try to configure it in architect, nothing appears ... what can happen?

    You need to setup your accounts to allow access to that flow in Google.  I would suggest you try this in the Bot Flows first - makes it much easier to create and deploy bots.  It has many more features than you get with DialogFlow and is just part of Architect free with the platform.

    Hello,

    The connection with google dialog flow is already made and also the oauth, if this were not correctly the message, it would be another, and here it simply does not find anything ... the admin api and client api permissions are also ok ... that's why I'm so lost

    Did you create a Mega Bot first and assign the other bots under that Mega Bot?

    Read through this:  Mega agents  |  Dialogflow  |  Google Cloud

    Add your IAM security to the Mega Agent and then assign your other agents to that agent.  Genesys can only access one Agent, so it will use the Mega Agent to access other agents in DialogFlow..

    Hi Robert,

    We configure Mega agent and use it in Genesys we are not able to access the Intents branches in Genesys architect flow?
    Let us know how can we get intent output back in Genesys Architect flows.
