    Hi , I am new here. Need some kick start. Please help.

    I am trying to create a new phone using the sdk. But I am not seeing any telephony options in my purecloud when I setup my organization as mentioned in the Getting Started document.

    So my first set of questions are

    1. would I be not able to create a custom phone using sdk?
    2. How do I test my phone application? In traditional sdks it is straight forward. Once we designed our phone, we make test calls using the PBX simulator. how this can be achieved in pure cloud?
    3. Do I need to purchase test numbers? Is it mandatory for development stage?

    1. Follow the Create a phone guide
    2. See the Resource Center articles Select a phone and Make a call for instructions on placing a call with PureCloud.
    3. You may configure your PureCloud environment to accept calls via any supported method. This could be by purchasing numbers from an external telco, from PureCloud Voice, or by placing SIP calls directly to your edge.

    For questions about general PureCloud configuration (edges, lines, phone numbers, routing, etc), see the PureCloud Comunity Forum. This Developer Forum is focused on usage of PureCloud APIs and integrations.

    Sure Tim. Appreciate your reply. But when I try to login to pure cloud community I am getting the following error. Not sure how to take this to pure cloud support team.
