Good day,
Yesterday's release notes (1/11/23) mentioned the ability to set the default panel for agent interactions. This is something we really want to be able to use, however, it is not showing up in our tenant as an option. There is no Panel Manager under Contact Center (after multiple cache flushes and restarts) and the permissions that are mentioned (agentUI > defaultPanels > Edit permission) are not an option. There is no "agentUI", just "UI > Agent", but no defaultPanels option.
Is anyone seeing this option in their tenant?
