    I have subscription on v2.routing.queues.conversations.emails. In situation with multiple inbound customer emails within same interaction I cant see all data in the notification.

    API /api/v2/analytics/conversations/{conversationId}/details gives participant purpose = customer with multiple sessions for each inbound email.

    But I cant see this information in notifications. Final state of the notification data does not contain information about all customer emails.

    Please advice how to handle such situation? Could you implement sessions field similar to API details?

    Notifications may provide a subset of the data showing only parts that included changes. This is definitely true for conversation topics. If you require the full conversation object, use the appropriate GET conversations API endpoint to retrieve the conversation's full data.
