Is there a way for use the notification service to get notified when a call has an External Tag value set by a callflow

Hi Mike,
Have you looked at the flow topics page? I would check the different flow topics. If the External tag is not listed in the schema for the different flow types, I would recommend opening an Idea on our Ideas portal.
