You may want to check out the Sound Preferences section and adjust the volume settings.
I do know that there is an Idea in the Product Ideas Lab that is currently In Development that may be what you're looking for. I would recommend voting on and commenting on the Idea!

We are using the CX Cloud integration for Salesforce and have set up whisper prompts for our incoming calls. However, the ringing notification for incoming calls is way too loud and distracts from the whisper prompt. Is there a way to change the notification sound to a simple beep or at least turn the volume down without affecting the volume of whisper prompts?
