Hi guys, is there a way for us to get a notification that a legacy Web Chat has been received in Interaction Connect?
Currently, we have assistants using Interaction Connect, they will be on a call or alt-tabbed out on a different task, a chat will come in and get assigned to them, and they do not get any notification. We have had some customers waiting for 10-15 minutes before an assistant noticed a chat had come in.
