Hi,
Sorry if I have missed something obvious. My first post here so please be gentle with me
I am trying to track user presence through the notifications API. All good so far and I receive changes to user presence correctly. Except I can't work out how to track a logout. I would have thought that a user logging out would trigger a presence change, but it doesn't seem to.
I have tried subscribing to v2.users.{id}.activity and v2.users.{id}.presence topics and v2.users.${agent.id}.routingStatus, and there isn't an obvious other one. Any help would be appreciated as this is a black hole for my agents at the moment.
I thought I had this for a while, when I seemed to be receiving an 'OFFLINE' notification a while after logout, but I haven't managed to reproduce this. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Alex,.

Sorry, after a bit of trial and error I realised I am just too impatient. There is a bit more of a lag before the OFFLINE event is sent, and I was obviously too impatient waiting for it.
So my first post in this forum is not a good one. Apologies for wasting anyone's time reading this.
The OFFLINE presence comes through - there just is a lag after logging out.
