    HI community 

    Through the API, when we use query nOutboundAttempted, I have observed that the measurement is different depending on whether the query is made on the queue or on the campaign.

    I appreciate it if someone has additional information on this topic.

    Hi Ana,

    If all the the criteria are the same but the only difference is the queue/campaign (e.g. same time frames etc) are all of the attempts going via the same queue?

    Hi Ana,

    Its probably best to raise a case with care to investigate why there is a mismatch.  It will be hard to tell without an example what is causing a difference in these counts, so include the requests made and the different responses in the ticket so they can investigate.

    If the campaign numbers are always higher and the campaign is power/predictive/progressive, then I suspect the difference is the calls that had a call analysis response that did not result route to the queue (no answer, answering machine not sent to agent, etc.).
