    HI All, 

    We have an exiting customer on with Nunance integration via Genesy Engage, we have 50K grammers configured in Nuance. 

    If we have to move evrerything to Genesys Cloud, I am not sure if Archtect will support this, or does Pure Cloud has Nunace integration in the road Map. 

    Main point of reusing the exisiting grammers.

    Hi Gaurav,

    Genesys Cloud currently supports Nuance Cloud based Text to Speech Engine. For Natural Language integration with Nuance Mix rather than on premise Nuance environments. It would be a question for Nuance if you could migrate the grammar to their Cloud service.
