    Hi.

    I need to monitor (live) the number of Calls being placed by the Dialer. It could be by Campaign or any other Dimension. Is that covered by the Platform API already?

    Take a look at the Outbound Dialing APIs. There are various resources you can use to access information about the call lists and campaigns. You can also use Notifications to get real-time events about conversations in a queue or Analytics queries to get the active and/or historical conversations in a queue.
