Is it possible to make a Number Plans backup? How could this be done?

Hey Ana,

Unfortunately, we do not have a function to copy a number plan. I do see that there is an Idea in the Product Ideas Lab where someone has suggested an easier way to manage Number Plans in Genesys Cloud. It is currently in the Community Feedback Requested stage. I would recommend clicking the VOTE button on that page and providing some comments on the Idea. If you vote on the idea, it should notify you via email as this Idea progresses through development. 

In the mean time, if you need to make a copy of a number plan, you can click the + New Number Plan link and recreate the number plan fairly quickly.
