oAuth Grant types and Oauth Provider

    Hi All,

    We need to finalize best grant type to use for API/Data action calls between Genesys Cloud and SAP.

    I know if we use SAML2 bearer assertion we will need a Oauth provider, But We have Cyber ark in our organization but not listed in Genesys supported OAuth Provider list. Can we use Cyberark for Genesys to request a token ?

    Also if we go with Grant type Client Credentials, Do we need Oauth provider ? I assume no as it request token from APP and Genesys is configured /registered in APP. Please note we are using request type GET for API calls not POST.

    Any other Grant type which does not need Oauth Provider , Pls share .
