Lalit Gupta is our featured Instructor of the Month for October!
Lalit started with Genesys back in 2007 as a Contract Instructor. He has been training since 2002 at his former employer vCustomer, (TechM) and helped deployment for Genesys team in India. After that, he moved to Genesys in 2009 and started to deliver basic contents of FRO-FRI-RRI (in the old times version of 7.2 and 7.5).
Lalit teaches multiple classes on both Genesys Engage and Cloud. Below are the classes he teaches to date:
- Engage on-prem Courses: Framework, SIP Server, eServices, Outbound Contact, Genesys Interaction Recording, Genesys Voice Platform, Info Mart, Composer, CIM Troubleshooting, Genesys Intelligent Automation and Genesys CX Contact
- Engage Cloud courses: Using Engage Cloud, Designer for Developers 8.5, Using Agent Desktop 8.5.
Lalit specializes in training around troubleshooting and networks. In his prior work, he was deploying different technologies. He enjoys delivering deployment and troubleshooting courses as they give confidence to participants in building the environment from the base and to resolve any issues.
Lalit enjoys driving and bike riding. He also likes spending time with his family: his wife and his 4-year-old son Atulya. Atulya is a toddler and Lalit says it's more of baby sitting and enjoying these precious moments with him.
Lalit is based out of Dehradun (Uttarakhand) India. Dehradun is a small city located 250Kms from north of New Delhi, India. He lives in is valley surrounded by hills. Lalit states there are lot of vacation stops like Mussoorie and Dhanaulity just within an hour's drive.
