  • 1.  One-way audio or Silent callers

    We are seeing consistent silent calls from 2 users, After reviewing the WebRTC diagnosis it sometimes shows Network failures.

    Can someone suggest a permanent solution to this recurring problem.

    Hi Revanth,

    I would check with your network/IT team to find out what is causing them to fail.

    If its only specific workstations or users that are having the issue, then its likely linked to something on those computers/profiles that is blocking the access.

    Have you checked firewall settings on their computers to be sure those address renges are allowed?
