Hello, I'm using Open Messaging and I want to be able to render agent name in my chat, and maybe avatar (at least the name). In a DevCast Tutorial 18 I saw that it was planned, but I can't find anything on that matter in Open Messaging docs, did you get to develop this functionality?
All I see in outbound normalized message is integration id and name ("from" attribute), no info about agent that answered in the queue.

For the OPEN messaging channel, populating Agent name and avatar URL in outbound normalized message is not supported at this moment but it's definitely on our radar. I would encourage you to go to https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/OTB-I-578 and put your vote so that we can have that on our priority list.
