    Hi Is there any update on this question posted here https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/devcast-tutorial-18-introduction-to-the-genesys-cloud-open-messaging-api/12349 ? Client has a got a WhatsApp solution provided by a different vendor and they cannot get away with the incumbent vendor due to contractual challenges. We are exploring open messaging APIs and middleware if we can integrate with Client's WhatsApp solution to handle interaction within GC.
