We are developing this kind of integration with Facebook ratings, Google My Musiness reviews and Trustpilot.

The main thrust of that blog article is that you can use Open Messaging as a bridge between Genesys Cloud and the review sites by setting up functionality on the site which takes a customer review or comment and sends it via API call to Open Messaging, then Open Messaging routes it to an agent. When the agent responds, the software on the customer site takes the response and adds it to the customer's review/comment.

I found a page on the Genesys Blog recently in relation to use cases for the Open Messaging API's and saw that it is possible to use the intergration to connect to Trust Pilot.
