I have an Open Messaging integration that I'm using primarily for webchat escalation. I have an issue where if a message isn't picked up from the queue by an agent, it never drops and then clogs up the interaction queue. I've set the threading to 30 mins, but it hasn't worked. Is there a way to drop in-queue messages automatically after a certain amount of time? Do I have to use in-queue message flows?
