  • 1.  Open messaging transfer queue

    Hi!

    We have noticed the strange behavior - if agent receives an interaction received via open messaging integration and he wants to transfer that interaction to a queue, then in this case it is not possible to transfer to the same queue where this interaction was received from (in the transfer dropdown that queue is grayed out). Have anyone else encountered such behavior and is that expected?

    Hi Armands,

    We've encountered a similar issue with Instagram (third-party messaging), and I'm actively seeking a solution. Have you managed to find a resolution for this?
