I am currently trying to integrate into Genesys using the Open Messaging API and I can't seem to figure out how to use webhooks to display typing indicators (i.e., the user on my interface knowing when the agent is typing as well as the agent using Genesys and knowing when the user is typing on their interface).

We don't yet support typing indicators for open messaging. We plan to work on that next year as part of our roadmap.
