Hi,
We have got Open Messaging integration and need to show typing indicators of both agent and customer sides. Elaborating on Jerome, within the Idea site you can access the Roadmap tab, which has a rough estimated timeline of anything that's reached a certain stage;

Thanks for your replies. Okay I am looking forward to the deployment declaration. Just to clarify, does this development includes both of an API Post (webhook) for displaying typing indicator to the agent coming from the customer, also a notification from websocket which indicates the agent typing event?

- from agent to customer
