Hello,
Can I find somewhere OpenAPI definition for API groups like for Postman Collections ? https://developer.genesys.cloud/platform/api/postman (API Groups)
I need only some specific part of OpenAPI and not whole OpenAPI file like here - https://api.mypurecloud.com/api/v2/docs/swagger

There's only one definition. You're welcome to post-process the definition to remove things you don't need if that's helpful for your use case. The postman collections are generated from this definition.
Be sure to check out API Explorer to try out making API requests directly in your browser without writing any code or using 3rd party tools.
