Hello everyone, reposting this. TrueBlue is looking to add on to our Unified Communications Team, and we are looking for another Senior Contact Center Engineer to join us. We are currently on Genesys PureConnect, but are working on a strategy to move to Genesys Cloud CX within the next year. An ideal candidate would be use to handling basic support, up to managing projects for our contact centers. We are the experts in showing the TrueBlue Contact Centers what options and solutions would work best for their team.
- Work as a consultant, and solution provider
- TrueBlue is a RPO Organization is parent company to PeopleReady, PeopleScout, and PeopleManagement
- Contact Centers are throughout the US, and in India (Bangalore/Gurgaon)
- Ability to work as a team
- Be comfortable working Remote
- Have some knowledge in Handler Development/Design
- Be familiar with Attendant
We are aware of the EOL of PureConnect, and are currently working with our partners on a migration strategy, possible start 3rd/4th Quarter. If you have GC knowledge that would be great but not a requirement.
