We want to speak with Genesys users (customers or partners) who have managed a software subscription that was on a monthly, pay-as-you-go basis for their company to understand subscription management experiences. This could be for B2B SaaS or contact center software.
Complete the brief survey if you're interested to participate. If you are eligible for the study, a researcher will contact you to set up time for a 60-minute research session. Upon completing a 60-minute research session, participants will have the option to receive a $100USD e-gift card or 5,000 GCAP points.
