Hi, Our software uses NotificationAPI to retrieve information about the call. For example, if agent 1 and agent 2 are in a consult call and agent 1 clicks the transfer button, the call is transferred from agent 1 to agent 2. At this time, agent 1's disconnect event and agent 2's connect event are notified at very short intervals. Is it possible that the disconnect and connect events are notified in reverse?
