May I know anyone successfully setup the OSVC Data Dip Connector?

    I need helps and advice.

I have installed the Bridge Server on my VM machine, Installed OSVC connecter on my purecloud site. And also configured the right login ID & credential. Given the right EndPointAddress (https://{site}/cgi-bin/{interface).cfg/services/soap

Also ensure the OSVC login credential is able to logon and the profile permission has checked the Account Authentication option under the Public SOAP API.

However, my connector instance failed to start.

From the log, I capture the error.

::API::log : loader: Could not create plugin instance System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. at System.RuntimeMethodHandle.InvokeMethod(Object target, Object[] arguments, Signature sig, Boolean constructor) at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.UnsafeInvokeInternal(Object obj, Object[] parameters, Object[] arguments) at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.Invoke(Object obj, BindingFlags invokeAttr, Binder binder, Object[] parameters, CultureInfo culture) at System.Reflection.MethodBase.Invoke(Object obj, Object[] parameters) at LoadPlugin(runtimeservices* exports, Void* cookie, shared_ptr<iserver::plugin::IRuntimeServices>* nativeRuntime, attribute* config, sharedptr<DotnetPlugin>* plugin) Caused by: ININ.Alliances.Common.FailoverException: Failed to connect to Oracle Service Cloud. Can somebody help?

    Thanks & regards,

    Johnson

It looks like there is an issue with the Connector trying to authenticate to Oracle Service Cloud. Just to verify few things, your site looks like this? https://mytestsite.rightnowdemo.com/cgi-bin/mytestinterface.cfg/services/soap as in you're using the full host domain, not just the site name? Also, it looks like you're trying to connect with a user named 'Admin', I assume this is the user you verified the profile permissions for?

    Thanks, Trey,

Yes, my endpointaddress is https://mfeinternational--tst.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/mfeinternational.cfg/services/soap. Yes, Admin is my login account to OSVC.

I am actually tested with different endpointaddress which i hv access and account.

Beside that, I hv tried to delete all the connectors, rdelete the bridge server, reboot the server, install new bridge server, new OSVC connector, recreate new instance, but problem still.

At this point, I would suggest opening a ticket with our Support team as they should be able to help troubleshoot this better than I can at this time.

    Thanks, Trey
