Are you able to tell me if there was some kind of outage/update/maintenance for PureCloud platform API or PureCloud in general that happened on 2019-12-04 at around 04:50am (UTC) ?
If yes, how often do these outage/update/maintenance happen ?
Asking this, because I am trying to find out what this error means for a channel that got closed. Which happened in multiple orgs at around the same time. So, I'm thinking it was just an outage/update/maintenance ?

No incidents were reported for that date. You can review past instances at https://status.mypurecloud.com/ and open cases with PureCloud Care to obtain RCA information.

Don't know what caused that since it means your app lost connection without being given a reason for terminating the connection. If you need an answer to what caused that, please open a case with PureCloud Care for investigation.
