Hi there,
I've been directed to post here by PureCloud support (despite this being a forum primarily focused on API features and assistance).
I've been informed (again by PureCloud support) that PureCloud is able to use Outbound Address transformation at the trunk level to mask the caller ID of a call. We're based in Australia, and I've been attempting to match my own DID and then remove all the digits from the address to effectively stop my number being broadcast out when making an outbound call. This fails, and causes my DID to be unable to make any outbound calls.
Has anyone managed to get this feature working?

This is configured on the External Trunk under the Calling settings: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/configure-an-external-trunk/. I just tested this by setting a value in the address field, saved the configuration, placed an outbound call, and received the configured address as expected.
Note that your carrier has to allow the values you're sending here. Some carriers only allow you to send numbers that are allocated to that trunk, others allow you to send anything.
