    Hi everyone,

    I am currently in the process of setting up a progressive campaign in which I am trying to force an attempt control by Rule Sets.

    The behavior I try to achieve is the following one:

    A contact can have from 1 to 4 numbers.
    An attempt control of 4 max calls per contact and 4 max calls per number.

    If the contact has just 1 number, the dialer should make 4 calls to number 1.
    If the contact has 2 numbers, the dialer should make 2 calls to number 1 and 2 calls to number 2.
    If the contact has 3 numbers, the dialer should make 2 calls to number 1, 1 call to number 2 and 1 call to number 3.
    If the contact has 4 numbers, the dialer should make 1 call to each number.

    I know it is a little bit complex, but I wanted to know the limits of the dialer.

    I'm having some problems while configurating, so I'm not sure if this is possible.
