Hello,
I am looking for a way for an outbound call to trigger a work flow while it is still dialing. Optimally the solution would work through Genesys Cloud alone, however if there is a way the uses an integration with something like the AWS Event Bridge, it would also be interesting.
I am open to any suggestions.
