We want to manipulate the Caller name / Caller number through an outbound Pre-Call rule in a Campaign. The Caller ID and E.164 format Caller number are defined on the contact list against each contact.
I can change the caller name, but caller numbers appear the same as those I configured on the campaign configuration.
Any help fixing this issue would be highly appreciated.
