Hello,
We are experiencing call failures sometimes but it seems we get the following message very time:
error.ininedgecontrol.callflow.document.accept.media
We have already opened a ticket but have not had definitive answer yet. Unable to replicate the error since it happens sporadically and without any commonalities.
The call is being dropped and never connects. Mostly all the time happening with endpoints Polycoms vvx450
