  • 1.  Outbound dial pad calls failing intermitently

    we have a few instances where outbound calls via the dialpad are failing, The call connects and then stays connected for approx 15 seconds and then the call drops however the dialpad is still connected and tries to ring the mobile number two more times before disconnecting. Any ideas on why this would be happening and how to resolve the issue ?.

    Hello Richard,

    Are you trying to make a call using a Remote Phone or WebRTC? Have you checked the SIP pcap to see if there are any errors in the responses?
