    In my instance i have 5 queues and while any of the user manually dialing outbound call getting same number display which we are configured on External Trunk>> Outbound calling address>>+15023693611

    But we need separate Outbound calling address for each queue and i am using pure cloud voice.

    like queue x ---- 122233
    queue y - - 33333

    Can you suggest me the solution'

    You likely have the Trunk setting on Always, if you change this to Unassigned DID and then add the different number to the Voice tab of each queue, I would think that would correct the issue.

    I have same setting on unassigned on external trunk and configured TFN on Queue >>>>Voice>>> calling party number.

    but is not working.

    Are they dialing "On Behalf of the Queue" when dialing out?

    They don't need to be On Queue, but they do need to choose the Dial on Behalf of Queue option. Are they doing this? (Screen capture below)

    It would kind of be the same concept as the Outbound calling number. In the Trunk, if you have the Name specified, it will overwrite the one on the Queue.
