    Hello,

    I was searching for an article but couldn't find any , so maybe someone can help me.

    I was searching for an article that describes what happens if an agent skips the outbound preview call, this is routed to another agent or it's closed.

    Hello Sandor, 

    I think this is the closest thing we have to what you are looking for. A skipped preview call does not go back into the queue for another agent to pick up.
