    We have an outbound agentless campaign that has 3 menu options. Each of these menu options need to call a secure data action, so we are transferring to the secure flows once the caller has selected an option.
    We are setting 3 distinct wrap up codes prior to the transfer to the secure flow, but the all wrap up codes are showing on the contact list as ININ-OUTBOUND-AMBIGUOUS once the call has completed. Since we are using a secure flow, the option to set a wrap up code in the flow is not available after we transfer.
    How can we set a wrap up code on the outbound contact and still transfer to a secure flow?
