I am usning the Outbound API for .Net and making a call to the method PostOutboundContactlistContactsBulkAsync.
This function was working great in testing and we were able to pull back contacts without an issue. We had a limit of the number of contacts it would pull back as 9900 which is below the 10k we were told when researching how to get bulk contact data from PureCloud. When we finally ran this with enough records to make multiple calls it errored out saying:

Did the limit change to be just 50 contacts at a time is what we can retrieve? We can have contact lists in excess of 10k records and pulling them and 50 at a time seems troublesome as the rate limits will be hit.
(We have code to handle the rate limits already in place but the speed of the process is important as we have a limited time to gather the records before we create the lists for the new day.)
