  • 1.  Panel Manager errors with Client Apps

    We have the "Panel Manager" enabled in our org. We have a Premium App deployed as an Interaction Widget, and we set it as the default:

    BUT, we get an error when an interaction occurs:

    Hi Max,

    Apology for the delayed response.  Has Care been contacted about this issue?  I'm not able to replicate the same problem using my internal org.  In this example voice is configured to open Bing.

    We resolved it. The issue is that Genesys issued a patch for the Panel Manager that did not update some settings. After resetting all of the settings to different components, it started working.
