    Is there anyone here who can help me, I'm having trouble parking emails. I added the role and when my parkea agent says this interaction cannot be parked

    Hello Ema, 

    Can you confirm that you have these two permissions?

    • Conversation > Email > Parking permission
    • Conversation > Communication > BlindTransfer permission

    But i want to use the feature for a call. Did you have advanced for me?

    Ema, there is not a "Park" feature for calls, only email.

    What should I do to have Genesys Call Park in my organization? Genesys doesn't have Call Park?

    Genesys Cloud does not have Call Park as a built-in feature, no.
